Quality is central to BOT’s value as a wellhead and pressure-control equipment supplier. Our customers operate in high-pressure, high-risk oilfield environments where material traceability, dimensional accuracy, pressure testing, documentation, and manufacturing control are not optional—they are required.

BOT supplies API 6A wellhead and tree equipment and related components through qualified manufacturing resources operating under recognized oilfield quality systems and certification programs, including API 6A, API Spec Q1, API 20E, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as applicable by product scope and manufacturing facility.

For applicable products and purchase orders, BOT can support the documentation packages customers expect, including material test reports, certificates of conformity, pressure test records, NDE records, heat-treatment records, dimensional inspection reports, coating/plating documentation, and traceability records. Our process is designed to help customers verify product compliance before shipment, during receiving inspection, and throughout the service life of the equipment.

Our quality focus includes:

• API 6A-compliant wellhead, tree, valve, spool, flange, hanger, and related components

• API Spec Q1-based manufacturing quality management for applicable product lines

• API 20E-controlled bolting and fastener documentation where required

• ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety systems where applicable

• Material traceability from raw material through machining, heat treatment, inspection, testing, and final shipment

• Hydrostatic pressure testing, dimensional inspection, and NDE support based on product and order requirements
